The Martinlandic flag represents many things. The Shape in the middle, or the "North Star" as we like to call it. We like to call it the northstar because the northstar has been an important landmark in humanity.We also call it that because where Martinland is located (In Minnesota) at Latitude 45. That's halfway between The equator and the North pole. the green represents, well our earth. Since Martinland was founded on Earth, we decided to dedicate the flag to our planet. The green also means "eco" ('go eco'). We want to have minimum pollution, so we like to go green. The red and white stands for our Mother country. don't know who? Its surrounding us. Surprise, The U.S. (United States of America). We have dedicated part of our flag to the proud U.S. last but not least, The Star has an Orange color to it. The Orange comes from the Eyes of Thunder and the Color of the scales of Summer, the one who represents our country.
